Single-handed miniature wall clock with alarmwork, a type known as a 'pantry' clock for use in the servants' quarters (or 'pantry'), with sliding dust covers to protect the movement (like a hooded clock but needing no hood), with original verge escapement, made about 1760 by John Green of St. Martin's Court, London. Dial pictured after restoration. SOLD.
